We are pleased that beginning May 1, 2020 we will be resuming full-service fertility care including Intra-uterine Insemination (IUI) therapy and In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF). COVID-19 measures are in place to promote patient and employee safety including enhanced screening and social distancing efforts. The safety and well-being of our patients, employees, and partners is of the utmost importance to us.
Clinic Hours:
Clinic hours will remain 8am-2pm M-F for the short-term. Times are subject to change pending changes in government and regulatory agencies’ requirements and COVID-19 levels.
Restrictions:
- Visitor restrictions remain in place.
- We are requesting all patients to please attend your appointment alone. Spouses/partners/children/parents are not allowed in the facility at this time.
- If you are sick, please contact the clinic prior to coming to your appointment for instructions.
- To check-in, upon arrival into parking lot please call the front office at 318-841-5800.
Treatment and Procedures:
We will continue to offer telehealth visits via ZOOM for New Patient appointments and office visits for those patients requiring follow up discussions on treatment. Please call the office to schedule 318-841-5800 opt 0.
We are now accepting calls to resume all treatment including ovulation induction, COH IUI, and IVF. Please call to resume care.
Testing:
All testing including semen analyses, HSGs, saline sonograms, hormone levels, etc., will resume effective May 1, 2020. Please call for instructions and to schedule.
