Dr. Vandermolen serves as director of ArkLaTex Fertility and Reproductive Medicine, and is dual certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology/ Infertility and Obstetrics & Gynecology. Advanced training, experience and intuition uniquely position Dr. Vandermolen to increase the chances for fertility treatment success. Adding to his experience, in addition to reading journals and attending meetings, Dr. Vandermolen recently completed a Master’s degree in Embryology, Andrology, (Reproductive Clinical Sciences) at the prestigious Jones Institute of Eastern Virginia Medical School where in vitro fertilization was first developed in the United States. This combination of both experience and commitment to up to date training and technology is not commonly found, and Dr. Vandermolen brings it to his patients and the reproductive center.

Dr. David T. Vandermolen leads the day-to-day operations at our fertility clinic, while advancing reproductive medicine as a professor/clinical specialist of obstetrics and gynecology at LSU Health Sciences Center-Shreveport, where he also serves as Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Dr. Vandermolen contributes to the field of reproductive endocrinology by performing and publishing fertility research. ArkLaTex Fertility and Reproductive Medicine’s renowned fertility specialist also receives accolades from local and national publications:

Nathailia Archer, B.S. practice manager, has been working in the field of Reproductive Medicine for more than 18 years. She understands and assists patients through the financial and logistical aspects of reproductive care.
J.B. Paul, Ph.D., H.C.L.D. laboratory director, has more than 18 years of specializing in human embryology. Dr. Paul earned an M.S. and Ph.D. from Louisiana State University, and is trained in reproductive biology and embryology, and comparative embryology.
Qiang Xiang, M.S., ELD Embryologist/Andrologist, has more than 15 years of experience in human embryology and andrology to treat infertility.
Eric Franklin, MLT has more than six years of experience in andrology and endocrine assays.
