IVF Raffle Rules:
Eligibility
The raffle is open to all new and current patients of the clinic.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Employees of the clinic and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
New Patients
New patients will receive one (1) raffle entry when they:
Schedule and complete a new patient consultation
Submit all required registration paperwork
Current Patients
Current patients will receive one (1) raffle entry when they:
Attend a scheduled appointment during the promotional period
Begin a new treatment cycle during the promotional period.
