IVF Raffle Rules:
Eligibility
- The raffle is open to all new and current patients of the clinic.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Employees of the clinic and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter
New Patients
New patients will receive one (1) raffle entry when they:
- Schedule and complete a new patient consultation
- Submit all required registration paperwork
Current Patients
Current patients will receive one (1) raffle entry when they:
- Attend a scheduled appointment during the promotional period
- Begin a new treatment cycle during the promotional period.
Bonus Entries
Participants may earn additional entries by:
- Referring a new patient who completes consultation (2 additional entries per referral)
- Completing a clinic satisfaction survey (1 additional entry)
Promotional Period
- The raffle begins on July 27, 2026 and ends September 18, 2026.
- Entries received outside of the promotional period will not be eligible
Prize
- The winner will receive 1 free cycle for IVF (This must be used within 6 months of your win; medication is not included with cycle).
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot go towards balance on account.
Winner Selection
- One winner will be selected through a random drawing on September 25, 2026
- The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours of the drawing
- If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, another winner may be selected.
Additional Terms
- Participation in the raffle is voluntary and will not affect the quality of care received.
- No purchase is necessary to enter to win.
- By entering, participants give permission for the clinic to release first name unless prohibited by law.
- The clinic reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time if necessary.
