March 30, 2020
Due to the unprecedented situation with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we will have reduced clinical hours, staff and operations. These changes will be in place until at least April 30, 2020, per guidelines and mandates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the state government.
Effective today through April 30, 2020, our clinic hours will be 8am-2pm Monday-Thursday, and 8am-12pm on Friday. These times are subject to change pending updates in the regulatory agencies’ requirements and the COVID-19 infection rates.
As part of the effort to not place any extra strain on the health systems, all nonurgent and nonemergency medical and surgical procedures are postponed until further notice.
We will not start new fertility cycles involving ultrasound monitoring, IUI and/or IVF. However, patients who are currently undergoing such a fertility treatment cycle will be able to complete it.
We are conducting phone and telehealth office visits as needed for patients requiring follow-up discussions and for new patient intakes. Please call the office to schedule.
All OB patients as well as patients experiencing acute pain, pregnancy bleeding or ectopic pregnancy will receive treatment as required.
All fertility testing, including semen analysis, HSG and saline sonogram, will not be scheduled until the “Shelter in Place” mandate is lifted.
The safety and well-being of our patients, employees and partners is of the utmost importance to us. We are available by phone or email to answer any and all questions that you may have regarding your treatment, or if you just need someone to talk to during this stressful time.
BE SAFE AND BE STRONG. Know you are in our thoughts and prayers, and we are looking forward to seeing you soon!
