Tubal ligation (sterilization reversal) is done to restore tubal patency after prior ligation. Done least expensively through a small “mini” lower abdominal “bikini” cut incision, this is an option for conception when tubal damage done at ligation was not excessive and other infertility factors are not present. Dr. Vandermolen will guide you through the factors important in choosing between tubal reversal and IVF.
